Job Description

Due to a successful Ofsted and expansion in provision, we are looking for a Higher Level Learning Support Assistant (HLTA) – Interventions; term time plus inset days.  Monday to Friday 8:30 – 3:45. You will be supporting pupils with autism in all areas of the curriculum under the guidance of the class teacher.

Applicants should be committed, enthusiastic, self-motivated, resilient and enjoy working with young people.  The ideal will be able to deliver intervention to support the cognition and learning, speech and language, physical and sensory and social and emotional learning needs of small groups of autistic children

We are looking for an Administration Assistant to provide comprehensive administration and organisational support to the admin team, CEO/Head of School and members of the Senior Leadership team.

Based in our busy school office block you will be supporting the office team with all aspects of general school administration.  You will have the ability to deal with staff, students and professionals on all levels. Candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision, be extremely well organised with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.  We are looking for someone who can offer us accuracy and efficiency with an excellent eye for detail.  

Experience and knowledge of working in a school would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given.  However, you must have a good level of administration skills in order to carry out this role effectively. We would expect you to be fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
