Complaints

Ripplevale School promotes a positive, safe and happy learning environment for all students, parents/carers, staff and any persons visiting the school.

If for any reason a complaint or concern is raised by a person or persons with a legitimate interest in the school about the practices or policies of the school, the conduct, actions or omissions of staff employed at the school or about the standard of teaching, this concern or complaint will be dealt with by the Head of School as per the Ripplevale Complaints Policy.

Complaints and concerns may be written or verbal and must addressed to the Head of School.

The Head of School will endeavour to deal with the complaint or concern in a timely manner to the satisfaction of all parties concerned.
