On Tuesday the 29th of March we had the pleasure of welcoming our amazing Emergency Services to the school for Careers Day. Our students asked some brilliant questions about their roles in the community and how they became qualified to do their chosen career.
The students had the opportunity to try on lots of real uniforms and had an immersive experience in learning about how the emergency vehicles and kit were operated and maintained.
The day concluded with a demonstration of how to operate a water hose, which lead to much excitement with the water spraying around 50 feet in the air. The Emergency Services left with their blues and twos on, much to the delight of all the students and staff.
